Treatment for your acne should be accompanied by a healthy skin care  routine.

1…Wash the affected area twice a day with mild soap. Use soap such as Dove, or  one that contains benzoyl peroxide, such as Oxy-5. Wash as often necessary to  keep the area clean. Do not scrub.

2…Shampoo the hair regularly.

3…Keep long hair off the face and shoulders and wash it daily.

4…Avoid shaving as much as possible; while shaving take care to avoid nicking  the pimples.

5…Use a fresh shaving blade to minimize the chance of spreading the  infection.

6…Avoid use of make-up or cosmetics in areas prone to acne. If you have to wear  make-up, use only the hypoallergenic or fragrance free kind.

7…Don’t pop, pick, scratch, or squeeze your pimples. This may cause infection  and scarring.

8…You may use an over-the-counter treatment that contain substances such as  benzoyl peroxide (gel or cream) or salicyclic acid. Start with the lowest  strength and apply once a day about half an hour after washing. Never use more  than 5 percent strength without consulting a physician.

9…Food and Nutrition Recommendations for Acne:

Some doctors  believe that acne is not a food related problem. Some alternate practitioners  use diet as a basis for their treatment of acne. They recommend that acne  patients should eat foods high in beta-carotene, such as carrots, pumpkin,  cantaloupe and other yellow-orange fruits and vegetables. They should also avoid  fatty foods. Acnezine controls the oil secretion in your body to  protect your skin from getting acne prone.

10…Vitamin Therapy for Acne:

Nutritionists generally  suggest:Chromium supplements – Chromium helps boosts the body’s ability to  break down glucose.Vitamin A – reduces sebum and keratin production.  (Caution: taking mega doses of Vitamin A can cause headaches, fatigue, muscle  and joint pain and other side effects. Consult a qualified practitioner before  taking mega supplements).Vitamin E – an antioxidant (200 to 400 IU a  day).Vitamin B-6 50 mg per day. This vitamin aids in the metabolism of  hormones and supports the function of Acnezine as well.

Note: People should not try to medicate themselves or others  with any of the methods referred to here without the guidance of a qualified  practitioner who is thoroughly familiar with both the remedies and the  individual’s medical status.

Acne is a problem that affects almost every teen in the world. It seems to be brought on or at least aggravated by the hormone changes the body goes through during adolescence. Different people are affected to different degrees by acne. Some have an occasional pimple or two while others have massive breakouts that have the potential for leaving scars that last a lifetime. This is one reason that acne solutions are not one size fits all.

Acne SolutionsFor many years, solutions containing benzoil peroxide have been touted as the number one acne solution that can be sold without a prescription. Recent studies have shown that these solutions may work well for the majority of people, but in some cases, they actually irritate the skin and make the condition worse.

Another problem that many people suffering from acne face is a complexion that is not entirely oily or entirely dry. While the accumulation of sebum, the natural oil produced by the skin, in pores has been linked to the severity of an acne outbreak, solutions that dry the skin can make areas that are less oily worsen and become severely irritated.

For this reason, what works for one person may well make the next person’s acne worse. This is why there are now many new products on the market to treat acne. Many of these products are designed to work in stages. A person applies one part to clean the skin, another to flush out the pores, and another to restore the correct balance of natural oil to the entire face and neck area. The trick is finding the right solution to dry the areas that are too oily while moisturizing the areas that are too dry without affecting the balance in areas that are neither.

Treatment For AcneEven in these multi step acne treatments, there are different varieties and different blends. Some work amazingly well for many while still leaving a few unaffected or worse off than before. Testimonials from the successes can make these systems appear to be the ideal solution for everyone, but it is important not to be fooled and invest a small fortune in a system until it has been tried and proven on the individual.

Finding the best of all acne solutions for one individual is not an easy task. The truth is that it is often accomplished through trial and error. Fortunately, once the ideal solution for any one person is found, the results are usually enough to justify the expense of trying the others before finding this one. It is just important for teens and adults to realize that acne solutions are not one size fits all.

Scott point out that there is a huge amount of information about acne care on the Internet. In other words, there is help out there to assist your battle with acne such as: http://acnefreeguide.org/blog/

I am currently using Proactive but that is not working at all. I am desperate and I need to know if AcneFree works. It says its 4 times better than Proactive so is that true?

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.

I have a very bad acne problem. And the acne is all over my face. I have small little pimples all over my face. I am of a light brown complection and when the pimples go away, there are dark brown spots. What can I do to get rid of this mess. I’ve tried Pro active and Acne free and it both don’t work for me. Wha

    Hi,

For years i dreaded going out, meeting people or any event where i would have to show my face. My complexion was never even close to being clear. My doctor put me on a few prescriptions including the so-called best acne treatment, but i never found anything that worked without having side effects. Needless to say most of these so called cures either made our skin condition and our acne worse and filled us with heart breaking disappointment and frustration or they worked only short term, and acne came back with a vengeance. Some of these treatments simply didn’t have any effect what so ever on my skin condition.

While searching online for a new way to cure, I discover what might be the most powerful acne system ever developed. To be honest I was very skeptical at the start, I thought this would be just another internet scam, but I was totally wrong. In 3 weeks, my face were acne free. It seemed like magic. I told my family and friends about it and they were amazed with the results. The only way you can ever cure your acne is from within by listening to what your body is trying to tell you, work with it and free yourself by curing your acne holistically.
