i’ll be honest and say my diet is pretty poor.
i never eat fruit and the only vegetables i eat are on sunday when we have dinner, every other day its just burgers, chips, coke etc.
so when you said “change your diet” do you mean eat less junk food and eat more fruit and veg? or just find a good balance beacuse im not the biggest fan of vegetables or fruit haha.
